Cadexas Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cadexas (“Cadexas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, member dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• We may refuse service or close accounts at our discretion where permitted by law.

2) Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

3) Program Overview

Cadexas provides advertising and participation-based features, which may include (as applicable) viewing ads, submitting advertising assets, purchasing participation positions, and receiving participation-based rewards. Program rules, qualifications, and limits may be described in the member dashboard, FAQs, and plan pages. In the event of a conflict, these Terms control unless we explicitly state otherwise.

4) Participation Requirements

• Certain features may require daily actions (e.g., viewing a set number of ads) to remain eligible for rewards.
• Eligibility resets may occur daily and are subject to system tracking.
• Attempts to bypass tracking, automate actions, or otherwise manipulate eligibility are prohibited.

5) Advertising Submissions

• You may be able to submit banner ads, text ads, and website URLs (the “Ad Content”).
• You must own or have permission to use all Ad Content and linked destinations.
• Ad Content must be lawful and must not include malware, phishing, deceptive claims, or prohibited content.
• We may approve, reject, remove, or disable any Ad Content at our discretion.

6) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, auto-refreshers, emulators, clickers, or any automation to interact with ads or the Services.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit rewards, bonuses, or eligibility (unless explicitly permitted in writing).
• Engage in fraud, abuse, manipulation of tracking, or misrepresentation.
• Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation or security.
• Use the Services for unlawful activities or to violate the rights of others.

7) Payments, Purchases & Fees

• Some features may require purchases, deposits, or fees. Prices are shown within the Services.
• Where applicable, deposit or processing fees may apply and may be deducted automatically.
• You are responsible for any taxes, network fees, or third-party charges related to your transactions.

Payments & No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Cadexas are final. This includes, but is not limited to, participation positions, advertising credits, upgrades, fees, and any other digital products or services offered through the platform.

Because access to digital services, advertising exposure, and participation-based features is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or chargebacks for any reason once a transaction has been completed, except where required by law.

By making a purchase on Cadexas, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund and that you understand the nature of digital and participation-based services.

8) Rewards, Balances & Withdrawals

• If offered, rewards may be credited to internal account balances (e.g., “Unpaid,” “Purchase,” or similar). Definitions and rules are provided in the dashboard.
• Rewards and eligibility can change based on participation, compliance, and platform rules. We may withhold, reverse, or adjust rewards where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or errors.
• Withdrawal availability, minimums, delays, and verification requirements (if any) are described in the Services.
• We are not responsible for wallet/address errors provided by you. Always verify your payout details.

9) Referrals & Team Features

• Cadexas may include referral and team-based features.
• Referral credit may depend on tracked signups, purchases, and/or eligibility rules shown in the dashboard.
• You agree not to spam or mislead others when promoting Cadexas.

10) Compliance, Audits & Enforcement

• We may investigate accounts and activities to protect the platform and members.
• If we believe you violated these Terms or program rules, we may take action including warnings, suspensions, ad removals, reward reversals, and account termination.
• Serious violations may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of in-platform privileges.

11) Service Availability & Changes

• The Services may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance without notice.
• Program rules, reward structures, and eligibility requirements may change to protect platform sustainability.

12) Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee any income, results, or earnings. Participation involves effort and compliance with rules, and outcomes vary.
• We are not responsible for third-party sites, ads, content, or services linked through the platform.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadexas and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Cadexas in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law, if greater).

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cadexas and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Ad Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15) Termination

• You may stop using the Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, risk, or operational reasons.
• Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification).

16) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not have a separate Privacy Policy yet, you can replace this section with a short notice describing what data you collect and how it’s used.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of {governing_law_state_or_country}, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts located in {venue_city_state_or_country}, unless you and Cadexas agree to binding arbitration in writing.
